Aurora Fisheries, part of the Solander Group, is one of New Zealand's longest-established seafood companies, proudly harvesting and exporting premium seafood worldwide for more than 30 years.

We are seeking experienced and motivated crew to join the FV Takapo, our newly constructed deep-sea trawler that has recently arrived in New Zealand. Built in Turkey and equipped with the latest fishing, processing and vessel management technology, Takapo represents a major investment in the future of New Zealand's fishing industry.

This is a rare opportunity to become part of the vessel's founding crew and help establish the standards, culture and success of a flagship operation from day one.
